2 | Call the phone number or go to the service website listed on the asset tag. Take note of the ID or Serial number on the sticker. Konica Copiers: 800.456.5664. Provide the ID number that is noted on the sticker located on the front of the copier. HP Printers: 888.438.4770, or fill out this form. Be ready to provide the serial number that is noted on the sticker located on the front of the printer. | |
3 | Describe the problem to the HP or KM support representative. A support technician should arrive within 4 hours to service the printer. | |
