Introduction

This page explains the steps for getting technical support and repairs on HP and Konica Minolta printers and copiers that belong to Biola's managed print and copy service.

Call these service numbers if you have not received toner for your printer or copier.



How to Get Support

1Locate the Staples or Konica Minolta asset tag on the printer.

Call the phone number or go to the service website listed on the asset tag.

Take note of the ID or Serial number on the sticker.


Konica Copiers:  800.456.5664. Provide the ID number that is noted on the sticker located on the front of the copier.


HP Printers:  888.438.4770, or fill out this form. Be ready to provide the serial number that is noted on the sticker located on the front of the printer.

Describe the problem to the HP or KM support representative.

A support technician should arrive within 4 hours to service the printer.
