This page describes the process of how to forget a wireless network connection on a Mac or Windows computer. These steps can be helpful for resolving some kinds of problem that happen with wireless networks.
Step | What to do |
---|---|
1 | Click on the Apple logo () on the top-left of the computer and select System Preferences. |
2 | Select the Network option. |
3 | Select WiFi from the navigation bar on the left of the window. |
4 | Click the Advanced button on the bottom-right of the window. |
5 | Select the desired network to forget and click the minus ( – ) button towards the bottom-left of the window. If you’re asked to confirm, click Remove. |
6 | Click the OK button. |
7 | Click the Apply button. |
8 | To re-connect to a Biola wireless network, visit our page on how to connect to the Biola NetID wireless network, or the page on how to Connect to the Biola Guest wireless network. |
