How to Get a Refund for Accidental Personal Charges

Make note of the following information:

  • When the accidental jobs were charged
  • Number of pages
  • Location of the copier you were using
2Contact the IT Helpdesk using one of the options listed in the sidebar to the left.
3Tell the IT Helpdesk Representative all of the information you gathered in Step 1.
4A representative from Auxiliary Services will email you when they have corrected the charges.
