In order to access Cisco Jabber in Self Service, you must be logged in to Biola's Cisco Anyconnect VPN.


Launch the Self Service application on your Mac



Log in using your NetID and password

Find Jabber and click Install

Once complete, launch the Jabber application and Set Up Jabber
