To ensure your Android phone will fully work with the Jabber application, review Cisco's supported devices page below:
Please turn in a ticket request with the IT WebHelpdesk or call x4740 to have Jabber programming added for your Android device, "before" proceeding with these instructions.
Install the Cisco Jabber app from the Google Play Store
Open the app, and tap Accept to accept the End User License Agreement.
Swipe through the intro screens, then tap Get Started Now.
Enter your @biola.edu email address. Then tap Continue.
Enter your NetID and password, then tap Sign In.
The setup is complete!
If all services don't connect, please contact the IT Helpdesk to open a Jabber Mobile Activation Ticket.
