Google recently announced significant changes to Google Workspace for Education which affects Biola’s use of Google storage and the Google services we use everyday — Gmail, Drive, and Photos.
.edu email account starting on November 1, 2022.
All Alumni will need to transition to a personal email account as soon as possible.We will delete all remaining alumni accounts before the end of the year.
On November 1, 2022, Biola deactivated all Google accounts for all alumni who graduated prior to Fall 2021.
On December 15, 2022, all Google accounts for alumni whose final term was Spring 2021 or earlier will be deleted and will not be recoverable.
Alumni may request a one-time, temporary reactivation of your Biola Alumni Google Account. This temporary reactivation will expire on December 15, 2022. Please fill out the Biola Alumni Google Account Reactivation Request form.
