Introduction

If you have forgotten your NetID password, or can't log into your Biola email account, you can receive a password reset link at your personal (non-Biola) email address. Your personal email will act like an account access recovery email and cannot be your Biola email address. Without a recovery email address, it will be difficult to get the help you need if you forget your password.

This page explains the steps for adding or updating your recovery email address in the myaccount.biola.edu system.

How to Update Your Personal (non-Biola) Email Address

1Go to myaccount.biola.edu.
2Log in with your NetID and password.
3Click the Personal Information menu option on the left.
4Click the Update Email button towards the bottom of the window.
5Click the Update Email Addresses link at the bottom-middle of the window.
6Select Personal Email from the Type of E-mail to Insert: drop-down menu and click the Submit button.
7Type your personal (non-Biola) email address into the E-mail:textbox, and click the Submit button.
