Introduction

This page describes how Biola faculty and staff can make or receive phone calls while working remotely or without access to their Cisco desk phone.

There are two options Faculty/Staff can pursue. The first is to use Biola's softphone option (Cisco Jabber) that allows users to make/receive phone calls on a Biola computer or iOS/Android device. The other option is to forward all calls made to your Biola desk phone to a personal phone number.


Method 1: Cisco Jabber on Biola Computer

3Place or receive a phone call.

Method 2: Cisco Jabber on Personal Smart Phone
