Step	What to do	What it looks like
1	Go to myaccount.microsoft.com and log in with your Biola email address and password. A prompt will appear to set up your Multifactor Authentication method (MFA). Click Next. This prompt will also appear after logging in to a Biola service that requires Multifactor Authentication (MFA).
2	Follow the instructions to set up MFA using texts or phone calls on your mobile phone, phone calls on your home or office phone, or by using the Microsoft Authenticator app on your device.
3	If you would like to update your MFA method, visit myaccount.microsoft.com and click on Update info under Security Info.
