This page explains how to use Multifactor Authentication (MFA) on Biola services using Microsoft Azure Single Sign On (SSO). These directions assume you've set up your MFA already. If you need to set up MFA, visit our page on setting up MFA for Microsoft Azure SSO.

1After logging in to a Biola service that requires Multifactor Authentication (MFA), you will be prompted to verify your identity. Select your verification method and click Next.

You should receive a text message or voice call with your six-digit verification code.

If you don't receive a code,

  1. Click Sign in another way.
  2. Click your preferred verification method.
  3. If you are still unable to retrieve a verification code, please contact the IT Helpdesk at or 562.903.4740 for assistance.

Enter your verification code and click Verify.
