This page explains how to print, copy, and scan at Biola using Wepa Print & Copy. For any questions or support requests, please contact Wepa support.

Printing

Biola Students, Staff, Faculty, & Alumni

Step 1 (Optional): Confirm Funds in Your Account

Please follow these instructions to use funds from your Biola Eagle ID accounts. If you would like to use Wepa account credit, a credit card, or Paypal, please skip this step.

StepHow to do it
1Navigate to biola.edu/eaccounts in a browser.
2Log in using your NetID & password.
3You should be able to see the balance for each of your Biola eaccount accounts.

Step 2: Print Your Document

Wepa supports multiple printing methods. Please select one of the options below:

From any software, click File > Print.

Note: The Biola Library and lab computers have the Wepa print app installed.

Select your preferred print option:

  • wepa BW: Single-sided black and white printing
  • wepa BW Two-Sided: Double-sided black and white printing
  • wepa Color: Single-sided color printing
  • wepa Color Two-Sided: Double-sided color printing

Click Print.

Note: Please make sure that the print size is 8.5x11in. If the page size is set to anything else, either the document will not upload or will not appear at the print station.

In the Wepa pop-up, log in with your Biola email address and password.

When prompted, use Multifactor Authentication (MFA) to sign in.

Note: Users signing in for the first time will need to set up Multifactor Authentication (MFA).

Check to make sure that the document is uploaded to Wepa under the Ready to Print section. This will be on the bottom-right corner for PC's, and the top-right corner for Macs.

Go to a Wepa print station and tap your Eagle ID card or manually log in using your Biola email address and password.

Select your print job, select a payment method, and collect your print job.

Log in to your Wepa account. If you have not created a Wepa account yet, click on the Register tab, then select Biola University from the school drop-down list to create a Wepa account.

Note: If the website jumps to a different login page, please go back to the wepanow.com, then click on the Login tab without selecting a school.

You should be able to see your Wepa balance on the right-hand side of the screen.

Alternatively, guests can print without creating a Wepa account and using a credit card or Paypal.

Step 2: Print Your Document

In the Wepa pop-up, sign in to your Wepa account on the right-hand side of the screen. If you do not have a Wepa account, click on No Account, Print now and get a Wepa Code.

Check to make sure that the document is uploaded to Wepa under the Ready to Print section. This will be on the bottom-right corner for PC's, and the top-right corner for Macs. Take note of the Wepa code if you have not logged into a Wepa account.

Go to a Wepa print station and log in to your Wepa account, or print using your Wepa code.
